We left the house about 5:30am this morning. We made it to Coeur D'alene, ID around 2:30 this afternoon. The roads were mostly bare, some areas had patches of packed snow and ice. The trip went very smoothly, and went quicker than we expected. We stopped by Cabellas in State Line, ID. before ending our trip today. The current temp here in Coeur D'alene tonight is -6 below. The storm that is currently hitter our house in Kelso, is due here tonight at midnight. They expect 9" in Spokane tonight. They already have a couple feet on the ground! We took the boys to dinner at The Outback Steakhouse and headed back to the hotel. The boys went swimming while Dan and I planned our trip for tomorrow.
